Photography Courses Bristol, Arnos Vale Victorian Cemetery
Our photography courses Bristol, Arnos Vale Victorian Cemetery gives us some fantastic gothic architecture set in a haven for wildlife, and all about a mile from Temple Meads Station. This course is all about capturing the atmosphere and spirit of the place. It is a great location for muted tones, sepia and monochrome. The course we teach here is shooting for and using editing software to maximise the effect of the spectacular location.
Astonishingly, more than 300,000 people are buried or remembered here, on a restored 45 acre site. It’s a peaceful and pleasant place to be, and for photography courses Bristol, Arnos Vale has plenty of atmosphere.
We have good connections with photography in Bristol. We have judged photography competitions for Venue magazine (RIP) and the Bristol Civic Society.

- “Just a quick message to say a very, very big thank you for a most enjoyable, interesting and informative course. It has really enlivened me to get going and be creative again. I will certainly be booking for one of your landscape photography courses next spring or summer. We have also recommended your courses to a couple of our friends, who like me have been on previous photography courses which have been a disaster. Thank you once again, and look forward to seeing you again next year.”Stewart, Creative Photography Course Bristol 2011
- “I loved the day and came home and took some much better photos of my kids…. Lots to work with. And when I’ve improved a bit hope to be back for more inspiration.”Katrina, Bristol 2011
