Shallow depth of field at Shugborough

Taking landcapes and using shallow depth of field means that we can put the attention exactly where we want it, making more interesting and personal pictures. Using portrait-y settings even on a landscape shot can do this:

Taking portrait-y landscape shots and landscape-y portrait shots is the way to go – it is this that gives your work an individuality and makes it unique to you.
