A restful series of pictures here for August.  Green is difficult for our cameras, as green things tend to be bit not reflective and therefore overexpose.  Also, the super greenery of British foliage can sometimes fool the camera’s white balance system into thinking that it’s actually fluorescent light, and tone the green down a bit, reducing the impact of the very thing that made you take the picture in the first place.

Picture of the month this month is Moira’s lovely landscape, which also has some nice sneaky details in the foreground.  We like the way the bike and the sheep seem to be moving in opposite directions.  Lovely evening shadows here too.

Extra bonus points if you can tell me where this building is located!  Many of you will have seen it.
